Guy cards—anniversary—two birds of a feather

I made this little card for my husband for our anniversary. Guy cards are always a bit difficult aren't they? You don't want to be frilly, but it's so darn hard not to be.

I've given up. I no longer beat myself up trying to make a totally 'Guy' kind of card. I succumb to the siren call of cuteness even on a man's card. This is because I've noticed something important...MEN DON'T CARE! They care if they get a card maybe, but they don't care if it's a little girly or not. Men don't get all sentimental over cards the way we girls do. So if I want cute...cute he'll get!

Materials

Paper—Docrafts Born to Shop, white and blue card stock. Stamps—Toga birds.  Dies—Die-namics branch, leaves and oval,  Artemio scalloped oval. Embellishments—Toga pearls, charm, ribbon.
