A birthday card for a male golfer

This golfer birthday card was a special request from a friend a few weeks back. The central image comes from  Free Vintage Digital Stamps. I changed the coloring to sepia and sized it to fit before printing out on chamois cardstock. I used the font Rosewood STD Regular for the front sentiment.

I used to show the inside of the card and you might have noticed I'm not doing that anymore. Often, they're a request from a friend and the inside message is personalized, so I think it's best to keep it private, but I thought I'd show you with this one what I'm doing now. I've scaled back significantly on decoration as I found it didn't leave me or the person sending the card much room to write. Insides are now nice, but simple, normally just a small matching paper border at the bottom and my ever present paper matting.

Supply List
Paper—cardstock, Kesi'art Come Back
Image—Free Vintage Digital Stamps
Dies—Die-namics circles
Embellishments—pearls
Fonts—Rosewood STD Regular (front), Candy Round BTN (inside)

  1. Jolie carte, très sobre et masculine! Le papier de fond, les demi perles, tout se marie très bien avec l'image... Bonne semaine à toi Shani!
